Position : Outsource Business/Sales Development Representative
Working Hours : Flexible with 4 hours overlapped in Easter time
Salary : $900 - $1,400/ month (depending on experience)

Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing relationships with potential investment prospects who align with our investment criteria. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, leveraging your sales acumen to initiate conversations and set up meetings for our investment managers.
Objectives of this Role:
- Represent the company's investment criteria and value proposition effectively, using deep industry knowledge and research to articulate how our partnership can benefit potential portfolio companies.
- Generate qualified leads and cultivate relationships with warm prospects to uncover new investment opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective companies, ensuring timely engagement and progression through the investment evaluation process.
- Contribute to refining and implementing best practices for lead generation and outreach strategies tailored to the B2B SaaS sector.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to identify and reach out to potential investment prospects.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to understand prospect needs and qualify them as potential investment candidates.
- Collaborate closely with our investment team to coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and investment managers.
- Report regularly to the General Partner on lead generation activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets and achieving sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement tools.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience specifically as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within the B2B SaaS industry, demonstrating success in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Ability to creatively solve problems, with strong analytical skills to assess potential investment opportunities.
