We are seeking a new 3D Designer to work closely with the interior design and 3D visualization teams in the preparation of 3D renderings and animations.

In brief

• You will be creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software.
• You will apply textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
• You will work with designers to understand the design intent to create 3D visuals for a range of interior projects.
• You will work on production of quality imagery including post-production work.

• You are an 3D designer with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience of interior projects.
• You have advanced knowledge of 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.
• You have experience in the production of quality imagery including lighting, texturing and post-production work
• You should have good understanding of technical drawings for Interior Design.

The Animator creates animation for characters and/or objects based on rigged 3D models, and contributes to the visual elements of the gameplay and/or cut scenes.

The main and routine tasks of the animator are to:

• Create high-quality animations while optimizing them to meet technical constraints and making any changes that are requested based on the artistic direction
• Understand and manipulate mocap data for in-game animation systems
• Work in close collaboration with the animation director, art director, game designers and programmers to understand the quality objectives, gameplay intentions and engine capacities in order to anticipate the in-game look of the animations
• Be able to prototype animation systems that will serve as a basis for animation and gameplay-related discussions
• Help estimate the time required to carry out own tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
• Report any potential animation-related issues to the immediate supervisor
• Carry out all other related tasks

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

Boldr Impact is looking for a 3D Artist who has extensive experience with photo-realistic 3D Rendering. Candidates with a background in architecture and exterior design are highly preferred. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Your primary duty is to deliver amazing photo-realistic imagery to our visualization clients.

This will be done via:

• Working directly on projects in 3dsMax and Corona Renderer.
• Working as a team of other 3D Artists and 3D Modelers.
• Ensuring images render successfully at EOD
• You are expected to work as needed to get your projects delivered on time.
• You may be asked to work late evenings and/or weekends.
• You will manage project hours via. Toggle
• You will follow our 3ds Max Project Standards
• You will work on “Passion Projects”. When we are light, we research the digital frontier and spend time researching new software, plugins, or hardware that would help make better renderings!

• A solid portfolio of work.
