The Communication Manager oversees the internal and external communications strategy of the Ubisoft Philippines Studio and the Zone, ensuring that the communication needs of the Ubisoft group are being fulfilled.

About the Role

This role is part of the AP CCM team, and will be based in Pasay office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, analytical and a strategic thinker.

• Serve as the key CCM contract owner for the assigned markets in managing and facilitating end-to-end client contract management process which includes reviewing and processing contract requests, contract drafting, managing stakeholders’ approvals, contract issuance, and execution within agreed Service-Level Objectives (SLOs).

• Liaise with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Products, Legal, Finance, Audit etc to ensure that contracts are developed and approved consistently and promptly in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert to onboard new and manage changes to existing contract types, establish contract workflow and reporting process, lead team training and knowledge-sharing efforts to other CCM members, and assimilate it into CCM day-to-day operations.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders e.g. Technology team, Global Sales and Commercial Operations (GS&CO) team, CS Project Management Office (PMO) to discuss, test, and deploy fixes and enhancements tickets for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool i.e. Apttus/Icertis and Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool i.e. Microsoft Dynamics. This requires profound working knowledge of both tools and CCM day-to-day operations to be able to identify issues and enhancement opportunities, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to assess potential upstream or downstream impact in our workflow. Strong project management and critical thinking skill is needed to work with multiple stakeholders including other regions’ CCM colleagues in prioritizing tickets to meet timeline, and apprise CCM Management of potential delays.     

• Manage post-contract administration activities including and not limited to distribution of contract information to all necessary stakeholders, handling of hardcopies, contracts filing, database management, audit enquiries, and other post-execution activities independently with limited supervision.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and documents associated with all contracts for management reporting, capacity planning, as well as for audit purpose.

• Identify and implement process improvements for assigned markets and / or contract types, and provide value-add services to our stakeholders and business partners.

About the role

Work in Virtual environment (FIS Office and Home) as part of a team (offshore and onshore) reporting to the Client Relationship-Delivery Manager Senior to manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client project and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management of the client loyalty process.

• Identifies additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer and refers to managing director/relationship manager.

• May participate in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Planning (40%):

· Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, eCommerce Affiliate marketing & Influencers Affiliate Campaign

· Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and works with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce Retailers (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada), Social Commerce Channel (TikTok) and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.

· Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leverage cases from existing relationships to create new relationships.

· Monitor sales trends and evaluate forecasts through an analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), prepare reports, and share the results with the central planning and the e-commerce corporate team.

· Work closely with the KOLs/KOCs team on commercial/incentive planning, and operation. Especially, Client stakeholders within the brand marketing team and brand ecommerce champions to ensure brand consistency.

· Communicate with internal stakeholders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

· Timely execution of promotional levers to deliver against strategic category goals.

· Optimize promotional effectiveness on eCommerce Campaigns, specific Affiliate Programs, and well collaboration with KOL/KOCs to win D-day and achieve P&L monthly.

· Forecast sales performance trends (GMV, ROAS), provide solutions on optimization and quick actions to meet the KPIs within a very tight period.

· Responsible for regular reports on Ecommerce campaigns (daily, monthly, campaign) and handling ad hoc tasks if any.

• Screen new site locations for solar power projects in partnership with project development managers. 
• Represent the company to landowners, presenting project opportunities and establishing new relationships. 
• Negotiate and execute land lease and purchase agreements, securing right of way for transmission lines and substations. 
• Work closely with transmission line route assessment, land survey and other land related service providers. 
• Maintain open communication with landowners and municipalities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Manage and maintain accurate records of signed land leases, including registration processes with the Land Survey. 
• Provide support to team members and colleagues as needed throughout other project phases.

Summary

Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system in accordance with the ib vogt’s corporate policies, the applicable local regulations, and international standards (e.g. the Equator Principles IV, the IFC Performance Standard, and the IFC General EHS Guidelines).

You will report to the Head of EPC APAC and be a member of the management team. The position will have a functional reporting line to the E&S Manager, APAC.

Strategy and Capacity Building

• Establish and maintain a robust regional HSE long-term and short-term objectives including policies, procedures, and work plans to contribute the achievement of ib vogt’s HSE vision and mission.
• Develop and implement HSE management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards and ib vogt’s strategy.
• Continually review and update the prevailing applicable HSE regulation and other international standards register including its compliance program.
• Ensure HSE compliance program is carried out to minimize the HSE risks and to avoid workplace incidents as well as non-compliances.
• Establish and implement HSE training program, including induction program to enhance employees and main EPC contractors on the HSE awareness and competencies.
• Establish and implement internal and external communication program including employee's participation and consultation plan to facilitate effective HSE management system implementation.

Regional Project HSE Management

• Establish Project Health & Safety Plan and Policy, Project Emergency Response Preparedness Plans, Traffic Management Plan, and Non-Compliance Protocol - and periodically test and review its adequacy and suitability.
• Oversee Project Main EPC contractors’ HSE performances against agreed standards during construction phase.
• Ensure the incident investigation and analysis is carried out in accordance with ib vogt’s HSE standards and procedures, and to develop the necessary corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Establish and implement HSE inspection program to spot out potential non-conformance and followed by effective corrective and preventive action.
• Establish HSE internal audit program to verify the effectiveness, suitability and adequacy of the HSE management system.
• Generate regular HSE monitoring reports to track Project KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate HSE considerations into operational plans and processes.
• Bring forth HSE reports in monthly basis and present it to the regional in vogt’s Management providing HSE management system performance including compliance status.

Additional Task:

• Contribute to regional HSE analysis to identify systemic issues and assess trends, including propose the internal HSE policies/procedures adjustments as needed.
• Contribute to regional supervision HSE reviews and periodic reports.
• Handle additional assignments as directed by the regional Management or Project.

The QA Manager will oversee the software quality assurance testing process responsible for improving the quality, consistency and reliability of software product deliverables. This role will establish, manage and communicate software QA practices and procedures and coordinate software product testing processes. 

• Partner with product teams to develop, implement and manage processes to ensure that software products meet required specifications for quality, functionality and reliability prior to delivery

The Senior Land Acquisition Manager - Right of Way for Transmission Lines is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of land acquisition and right of way processes to support the successful development and execution of transmission line projects. Reporting to the Head of Project Development, the Senior Land Acquisition Manager will lead a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary land rights, permits, and approvals. This position is crucial in aligning strategic land acquisition efforts with the company’s project goals and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in land acquisition for large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects and possess a deep understanding of regulatory and legal aspects of right of way acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for land acquisition and right of way processes for transmission line and access road projects.
Provide strategic guidance to the acquisition team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for land acquisition activities, regularly monitoring progress to ensure project objectives are met.

Risk Management & Due Diligence:

• Lead the identification and assessment of commercial, legal, and regulatory risks associated with transmission line routes and right of way acquisitions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
