Seeking a suitably qualified, and reliable Accounts Assistant (Management Accounting) to support the management accounting team with various tasks such general accounting and financial reporting. This position is responsible for the timely processing of all Social Development Management Plan (SDMP) payments to partner communities, clients and contractors and in ensuring the integrity of financial data in relation to SDMP project cost reporting. The role will report to the Supervisor-Management Accounting.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepares accurate SDMP financial reports in a timely manner;
• Analyzes the contents of General Ledger accounts, account schedules and initiates adjustments of abnormal and incorrect balances and identifies issues and makes recommendations for addressing them;
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness;
• Resolves invoice discrepancies with vendors, suppliers, and contractors;
• Manages vendors suppliers, and contractor's inquiries regarding payment status;
• Monitors project expenditures and individual expenses for reporting purposes;
• Reads, interprets and uses SDMP budget and projections proficiently;
• Identifies wasteful financial practices or opportunities for greater efficiencies and makes recommendations to their immediate supervisor;

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of water treatment plant requiring complete treatment processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Seeking two (2) suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Environment Officer on a Fixed Term employment to provide active assistance during the tree cutting process, hauling, and piling of logs, transportation, and preparation of terminal report, achieving STCEP targets of Didipio Mine and other related compliance of STCEP such as monitoring and validation of tree replacement activities. The role will report to the Environment Supervisor.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor tree cutting and log scaling activities
• Assist in securing log transport permits and deliveries, preparing and finalizing progress and terminal reports for STCEP and other related regulatory reports and conduct pre-cutting activities related to ex-situ and in-situ conservation
• Monitor STCEP tree replacement compliance
• Provide active and direct inputs in impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce the organization’s environmental risks and impacts and recommends corrective actions related to environmental monitoring, assessment, research, and studies
• Provide active assistance in ensuring compliance with local environmental regulatory rules and regulations and OGC standards and requirements related to STCEP and its compliance

Seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Logistics Officer (Concentrate) to be based at Poro Point La Union who will oversee the general operations and activities at the Poro-Point warehouse which includes receiving and shipping deliveries, conducting stock checks, recording warehouse transactions, storage of inventory, and guaranteeing the safe and efficient operation of the material handling equipment. The role will report to the Supervisor-Process Operations (Concentrate Logistics).

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Plan, tracking and receiving of deliveries from Didipio Mine and assign operators to drive the trucks back to site after unloading
• Supervise loading and unloading of materials and maintaining records of daily inventory of copper concentrate and lifting equipment at Poro warehouse
• Ensure timely submission of report data and/or regularly generates complete cycle delivery/trucking receiving reports
• Prepare accurate delivery reports and keep track records of every haul truck per delivery especially actual tonnes received after unloading and report daily to Concentrate Logistics Team
• Assist in the preparation and processing of all relevant documents, regulatory permits (MGB, BOC, OTP, etc), and clearances needed prior to, during and after every shipment
• Maintain proper organization and efficient filing of all documents both electronic and hard copies, i.e. Parcel Manifest, Weight Receipts, Outward Truck Manifest, OTP, Daily trucking report and inventory of lifting equipments
• Promptly report any warehouse, shipping and trucking operational issues/concerns including delays, incidents, or any other emergencies to immediate supervisor
• Ensure that any warehousing and trucking incident is reported to Concentrate Logistics Team immediately and conducts incident investigation in accordance with SOPs
• Assist new team members in understanding the HSE requirements – exercise positive peer influence to enhance safe behaviour
