TSA’s People Officer provides generalist human resources support to the People Team and relevant stakeholders including, but not limited to, employee relations, leadership coaching, workplace health and safety, policy and procedures review/development and reward and recognition initiatives. The People Officer is an integral part of the People Team; in addition to providing first level human resources information and advice to leaders and employees they have a focus on analysis, insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

The People Officer analyses a variety of data sources to reveal current workplace trends and opportunities. The People Officer will partner with the People Operations team to brainstorm and implement initiatives that directly address data trends and improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the ‘HR Admin’ inbox and escalate queries where required
• Coordinate screening and selection process for TSA’s quarterly Legends Award
• Assist in the deployment, retrieval and analysis of the Engage Survey
• Action People Operations team responsibilities in IT asset management procedures
• Support the People Coordinator to manage the HR Service Desk (SD) and action delegated tickets
• Support the People Coordinator on background HR screening checks for internal recruitment/transfers, re-hires and development opportunities as requested.
• Analyse data captured within TSA’s Engage survey, exit survey and case management; escalate concerns where applicable and identify opportunities for improvement
• Run basic reporting through Chris21
• Reporting and analytics as per established cadences and/or as requested
• Provide basic case management assistance to leaders (e.g. performance management, potential terminations for probation employees, abandonment of role, etc)
• Ensure appropriate internal escalation for high risk performance and conduct issues
• Research employment legislation and case law to inform advice and business decisions
• Support award determinations/ classifications processes as requested
• Support preliminary and formal workplace investigations as requested
• Support the preparation of employer responses to external claims as requested (e.g. unfair dismissal, adverse action and discrimination claims)
• Develop, or support the development, of resources for leaders and improve processes. (e.g. leader upskilling decks)
• Deliver presentations/ workshops to leaders/stakeholders
• Assist with collating/ updating HR and Safety training material.
• Log and maintain all accidents and incidents in the HR System.

The candidate will support large, complex organizational change initiatives and lead small to medium-sized change initiatives at Visa, such as business process and technology modifications, concentrating on the people side of change. This role provides vital project support to the lead change manager in developing and implementing plans to increase employee adoption of new tools and processes and reduce resistance to changes.

• Provide tactical support for change management projects
• Coordinate change management project and sponsor meetings, presentations, training sessions, office hours, and other meetings and events
• Gather data for impact analyses and readiness assessments
• Develop communications materials
• Track and report on change management activities
• Lead small to medium-sized change initiatives and develop change management plans for successful adoption.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The standard working hours for this role currently are from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, local Manila time. As TSA’s Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the financial obligations of the company by overseeing the payment of invoices and ensuring that all financial transactions related to the company's expenses are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

What will your normal day look like? 

• Reviewing and processing invoices received from vendors, suppliers, and  service providers
• Set up new vendors through our EFTSure verification system to verify their bank details against bank database. Verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of 
• invoices, ensuring that goods or services were received as per the agreed-upon 
• terms. verifying vendors through our EFTSure system.
• Entering invoice details and relevant financial information into the company's 
• accounting system Epicor.
• Coordinating and processing payments to vendors and suppliers according to established payment terms and schedules.
• Monitoring and managing the company's expenses in Promaster, and ensuring 
• compliance with financial policies.
• Corresponding with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and other financial matters.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and payment documentation.
• Reconciling accounts payable records with statements from vendors and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal 
  requirements related to accounts payable processes. Ensuring compliance with internal IT policies related to phishing, scams and fraudulent emails.
