To deliver professional advice, support and training to management, employees and HSE managers / coordinators / champions to enable all Syngenta functions in Philippines to effectively implement their HSE responsibilities.
To effectively assess and communicate actions to Leadership Teams (LTs), and to effectively communicate and implement HSE strategies.
To deliver professional advice, support and training on the operational aspects of Syngenta’s HSE strategy and programs within Philippines.

Ensure road safety for both 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers. Administrative responsibilities for fleet and NFTE (2-wheelers) should remain within their respective administrative functions.
To identify and signal to the APAC Regional HSE Head where specialist HSE support is required.
As a functional member of the APAC HSE Leadership Team (LT), effectively network across this group while having the ability and experience necessary to work independently and remotely.
