As our new Manager/Sr. Manager-Client Solutions - Manila you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients.

Reporting to the Associate Director - Client Solutions, you will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.

• You will drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets .
• You will gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the "Office Interiors Design & Build", market sector, industry trends, future projects, etc.
• You will generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
• You will work closely with the Director and the Team to complete the sales cycle
• You will collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work.

What we expect

• You are a goal oriented sales professional with experience of managing complex sales cycles with B2B selling process to multi-national companies in Bangalore.
• You have achieved quota/annual targets in your previous roles
• You have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills

• You have experience working in Interior Design firms selling "Office Interiors Design & Build" services.
• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 5 years of sales/ business development experience .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development  :Utilize your proficiency in layout design and zoning to create efficient and functional workplace environments. Create visually engaging mood boards and color palettes that effectively communicate design concepts and align with client preferences for pitches and projects. Transform initial ideas into comprehensive design solutions that are practical and aesthetically pleasing. Demonstrate a solid understanding of materials and finishes, color sensibility, and provide direction and comments for 3D renders that enhance design.
• Collaboration : Work with and collaborate with other designers across multiple geographies.

Qualifications:

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in workplace interior design.

• Excellent understanding of color theory, material selection, and space planning principles.

• Manage client documentation through Docusign, ensuring all documents are accurately processed.

• Manage the calendar by scheduling client meetings, team meetings, and training sessions.
• Audit client documentation to identify and address any missing items.
• Assist with projects to evaluate multiple client files, ensuring changes or corrections are consistently applied.
• Update and maintain department trackers to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Contact suppliers to request samples and follow up on delivery.
• Communicate with vendors and trades for status updates on various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or assistant role.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs (e.g., Envision, Procore).
• Experience using Adobe for document editing.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness and ability to learn Docusign and manage its processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.
