• Review and address strategy-based SEO issues raised by Account Managers or clients.
• Collaborate with other SEO departments (Content, Local, Link Building) to achieve client and company objectives.
• Utilize data to inform and influence SEO strategies.
• Coordinate with other digital marketing departments (PPC, Social, D&D) to meet business objectives.
• Stay updated on SEO and integrated marketing trends.

• Analytical and perceptive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential.
• Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of relevant and current SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with SEO reporting platforms such as Rank Ranger, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Agency Analytics, etc.
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs, GSC) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).

As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations and streamlining internal operations, from attendance tracking to interview coordination.  By taking charge of these critical responsibilities, you’ll enable the COO to focus on strategic endeavors. The Operations Manager ensures the organization’s operations run smoothly and on time. They work with core operations, people management and in company strategy. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for overall operations, acting as a key liaison between Legal Soft and the client
• Uphold accountability for Virtual Assistants' performance, managing Virtual Assistants' time-off requests, attendance and enhancing overall productivity

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client files, which is essential for the success of our legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents pre-judgment
• Manage post-judgment actions, including enforcement of court orders and bankruptcy plan implementation
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary financial documents, including but not limited to tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, and asset inventories.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Organize and maintain client files in a systematic and secure manner.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure timely and efficient document collection.
• Follow up with clients to request missing or additional information as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

• Bankruptcy and litigation experience is preferred.
