The Sr. Financial Accountant will be the key figure responsible for the financial operations of our client’s e-commerce businesses. This role requires expertise in managing the finances of similar 7-8-figure e-commerce companies and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and financial tools. Position: Financial Analyst

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM

• Analyzing and summarizing all due diligence materials related to the credit quality of businesses or assets being acquired or owned by ASC, including the analysis of the company or asset’s historical and present financial condition, products and/or services, sales and marketing strategies, customer and supplier base, industry dynamics, competitive position, management team, and financial projections;

The client is a family-owned e-commerce business selling metal pill cases. The business was started in December 2021 and has been run by two brothers since then from Washington, DC.

Co-Working days

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets twice a month at a minimum.

Salary: P40,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of solid bookkeeping experience across all functions
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration, accounts reconciliation and accounting software
• Strong Xero & Excel experience
• Sound knowledge of Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal transactions
• Meticulous data entry skills and attention to detail

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
