ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Accounts/Financial Assistant to provide back-office financial and accounting services for a top-tier accountancy firm. You will be working in a dynamic team in Cebu to support the head office in Ireland. A comprehensive training will be provided in the first month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weekly reconciliations.
• Daily delivery dockets reconciliations.
• Processing of invoices and creditors reconciliations.
• Journal postings.
• Review of existing finance system/accounts package to improve efficiencies.

• A diploma in Accountancy or higher, experience is also considered.
• At least two (2) years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Experience in XERO or other similar accounting software is preferable.
• Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Excel.
• Self-motivated and Independent Worker.
• High Attention to detail.
• Prioritize accuracy over speed.
