Minimum Requirements:

The data analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will provide analysis, will process and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will create queries, views and reports. The candidate will review, input reinsurance submission data, set up the Property pricing models, create a comparison to the expiring contract wording, and document files in the directory after business is bound. ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is diverse, as it will cover responsibility across multiple companies and people. 

About 50 - 60% of time will be spent directly supporting the Managing Director (MD) and his companies, with the remaining time supporting the team at one specific company in Dubai.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a database of SOP's for the exec and companies, particularly around repeatable tasks.
• Managing various email inboxes and responding on behalf of the MD (where appropriate).
• Attending meetings, taking meeting notes, producing minutes of meetings, following up specific actions and preparing future agendas (most meetings are remote via Google Meets).

• Conduct data entry by inputting and updating information in our company software, databases, and other systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing support via phone, text, and email.
• Utilize Lightroom and Photoshop for editing purposes. Ensuring quality control of photos,
• videos, 3D tours, and preparing videos and reels for distribution on platforms such as YouTube.

Qualifications:

● At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.

● Good communication skills and has a quiet working environment.

● Ability to take ownership of projects where you are in control of getting things done and

making things better than they were.

● Ability to learn quickly and take action, someone who loves having an empty inbox.
