As a Junior Voice Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the Audio team in dialogue production, from recording of dialogue lines to implementing them into the game.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Works closely with the audio team in all voice design related aspects laid out by the Senior Voice Designer.

We are seeking a talented WordPress Website Developer with a strong understanding of website construction and content generation. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Divi WordPress theme and a solid grasp of SEO principles. You will play a crucial role in developing new websites using our templates, updating existing sites, and contributing to content creation for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new websites using provided templates, primarily focusing on the WordPress platform and the Divi theme.
• Update and maintain existing client websites, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Assist in content generation for client websites, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure website designs are optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and perform regular updates to ensure high performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development, SEO, and digital marketing.

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer/Designer
• Strong proficiency in using WordPress / Divi WordPress
• Understanding of basic SEO principles and the ability to implement on-page SEO best practices
• Good problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the audio team in all game audio aspects from early design to final mix.
• Create, edit, mix, and maintain audio assets of the game.
• Integrate audio in both linear and interactive forms using Audio engine or other proprietary software.
• Test, debug and assure the functionality of sound in a given game feature.
• Maintain asset documentation, sound effects libraries, and assist with equipment upkeep.

Design, develop and implement effective and efficient, flexible and innovative best practice learning and development initiatives and solutions including eLearning modules, to build capability and meet business needs with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Consult with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to develop holistic learning, to develop relevant competency and ensure learning outcomes are met.
• Design and build workplace learning modules based on business needs.
• Build assessments to test learner's current capability level.
• Create best practice around a blended learning approach which focuses on the business needs, takes into consideration the Client, audience, culture and local environment as well as current and emerging technologies to support the approach (e.g. Virtual classroom) 
• Design learning that is engaging and promotes knowledge retention by understanding the diversity of learners and groups of learners.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to provide a high level of service and advice in relation to learning pathways to meet employee earning needs.
• Role model professional best practice behaviours and principles to identify and implement Instructional Design models to the Instructional Design role in TSA - not limited to ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, SAM Model, Ganges, Merril's first principles, Kemp, Action Mapping etc.
• Undertake review and evaluation of learning solutions (in consultation with subject matter experts and other stakeholders holders) to ensure they
  meet organisational requirements and support transference of learning/s into the workplace.
• Analyse training and LMS related issues and provide effective solutions and advice through the design and development process that includes learning/training needs analysis, product design, development, implementation and evaluation.
• When required assist to design additional content that will support flipped learning programs.
• Manage and/or coordinate solutions and assigned tasks to
  ensure quality outputs within the approved scope.
