About the role:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads/Media Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our digital advertising efforts across various platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and more as we expand our advertising reach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Craft compelling ad copy and visual elements to engage and entice our target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics closely and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Utilize A/B testing to refine ad variations, landing pages, and audience segments for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of delivering results through digital advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in creating compelling images and content for successful ads.
• Experience in generating comprehensive reports showcasing campaign success, audience insights, and ad performance.
• Ability to edit landing pages to align with ad messaging and optimize conversions.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
