The Retailer Interaction Specialist (RIS) retain and grow relationship with retailers to improve RAP, RPS and elimination of Quality Scape within assigned region.  The RIS will maximize retailer Interaction in order to maintain communications with retailers, develops strong relationships and creates strategic short and long term plans to improve the quality of the data, on-time delivery and data input.

The Retailer Interaction Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Drive Retailer Quality KPIs (RAP, RPS and Q.E. Reduction) and build supplier (retailer) improvement processes and technology solutions that can be leveraged globally. 
• Must be a team player working closely with IV Enablement and Execution teams, Retail Service, Reference Data, Data Acquisition, Measurement Science, Production Manager and Product Leadership and other GBS functions (where applicable) to establish an interaction process with retailers.  
• Responsible for retention and penetration activities of existing retailers and improvement of the quality of the data receiving from the retailer, including: 
• Monitor Dashboard 
• Contact Retailers 
• Provide Training 
• Maintain plans with strategy for each retailer 
• New Retailer On-Boarding 
• Retailer Interaction Monthly Report
• Identify best practices in “Green” Retailers and drive leverage of these to improve the “Red/Amber” Retailers. Also suggest Best Practices to regional and/or global leader for further cross-regional leverage. When appropriate, make recommendations for enhancements to internal Nielsen Operations processes.  
• Complete special projects assigned to the region in regards to retailer interaction, as well as reporting the results across the region and being accountable for the results and meeting the targets on RI 
• Communicate with retailer IT departments (at all levels) on an ongoing basis regarding input-data quality and future retailer input-data changes. Conduct all data investigations where the issue is traced back to retailer input and work with retailer and Nielsen Operations to correct input errors. 
• Leverage Retail Service relationships with retailers to utilize their expertise and retailer contacts. View retailer as a client AND supplier.

• Review retailer cooperation agreements to identify compliance/non-compliance with the data and information provided to Nielsen. Develop/implement a plan to correct non-compliant situations that allows for a timely resolution. 
• The role may require working with multiple client data concurrently and will also include being responsible for managing the data investigation. The responsibilities are to work with a client to get the data in the correct format, understanding the data from a business point of view; manage, escalate and resolve data issues directly with retailer contact. 
• Support the on boarding and deployment to retailers. The R.I.S. is required to liaise with the retailer and the IV teams to get to a clean set of data which is suitable and compatible for Nielsen. 

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring responsive seamless and high-quality IT support environment. The incumbent will oversee the efficient resolution of helpdesk tickets while handling 2nd line support escalations. Requires proactive hands-on approach on issue resolution and request fulfillment. Develops technical and end user facing documentations. An integral member of the IT team responsible for the installation and maintenance of network and computer systems while supporting and enhancing cyber security posture. • Minimum 3 years of experience providing IT services at firms that utilize hybrid identity solution(s). Understanding of Microsoft’s hybrid identity solution concepts.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure AD and Azure AD management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Windows Domains using Active Directory
• Thorough understanding of system and network including LAN/WAN device configuration (including routers and firewalls, TCP/IP Network Protocols, etc.), and computer security best practices.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with AWS, and related cloud application infrastructure is a plus.
• Working knowledge/experience with DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Virtualization (e.g. Hyper-V, VMWare).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and Azure AD management using PowerShell scripting to manipulate AD objects along with Active Directory, Hybrid Microsoft Exchange on Premise and Office 365 is a plus.
• Exposure to a variety of technologies such web application proxies, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding of security and dataflow within these components.
