The Senior Information Systems Auditor will be responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting on the Company’s Information Technology (IT) environment within Aboitiz Foods. It evaluates and assesses the organization’s information technology systems, processes, and controls to ensure that they comply with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry standards and that they operate effectively and efficiently.  The role directly reports to the Group Information Systems Audit Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop audit plans and programs to evaluate various information systems of the Company in order to ensure the integrity of data, the safeguarding of assets, and the efficient processing of transactions.
• Perform compliance and substantive tests to analyze and effectively evaluate IT areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document audit results to evidence work performed and support findings.
• Prepare reports, memos and presentations to inform management and the Audit Committee of audit results, opportunities for improvement and recommendations.
• Provide timely updates to management on the progress of audits and escalate any issues as appropriate.
• Discuss audit observations and recommendations with management and process owners to obtain feedback. action plans, and target implementation date.
• Develop and maintain a business partner relationship with auditees to review, evaluate and make recommendations on the Company’s information systems to improve controls and productivity. This requires a balanced knowledge of business, technology and audit experience to ensure recommendations are practical and effective.
• Monitor and follow up on management action plans to ensure timely and effective implementation
• When needed, provide support to external auditors to ensure timely completion of their audits.
• Maintain proficiency by staying updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to information systems through seminars, research and self-study.
• Participate in the internal control projects covering all operations where necessary for the group of companies.
• When needed, manage and provide support to outsource and co-source parties to ensure the timely completion of their projects.
• Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management, etc. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
• Cascade relevant learning or perform training to share knowledge with the team as part of continuous learning.
• Help prepare audit committee reports and fulfill other reporting requirements.

Salary: P150,000 – P180,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM GMT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in Agile practices.
• .NET Core (web and console apps), C#, Restful API, Visual Studio
• Front End: Bootstrap 4/5, HTML, XML, DOM, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/Transact-SQL

Nice to have:

• Any experience in Insolvency or Accountancy

• Create and maintain strong working relationships by working closely with product managers, business support and development teams to ensure KPI’s are met.
• Maintenance, enhancement, and redevelopment of existing web applications.

The Role:

We are looking for a IT Executive to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level end user and system support, including service request, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Support technical issues related to end-user devices (e.g., desktop/laptop computers, printers, scanners, tablets, and smartphones) and software (e.g., Microsoft Office and emails).
• Support retail store POS software and hardware.
• Set up accounts and workstations, as well as deploy and configure software and hardware in bulk.
• Manage network servers, technology tools, and the setup and deployment of new desktop/laptop computers, including Windows Active Directory administration.
• Monitor system performance and maintain them as per requirements, troubleshooting issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Effectively manage software and hardware equipment needs across both HQ and store locations.
• Develop procedures, guidelines, and checklists for future reference.
• Support and maintain physical security systems such as CCTV and door access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance problem resolution and reduce knowledge gaps.
• Partner closely with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding and exit process from an IT standpoint.
• Ensure adherence to the operating budget for Internal Operations Function.

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
• Good knowledge of IT asset management, MDM, Active Directory, Network Security, ERP software, system security, and data backup/recovery.
• Experience in scripting with Powershell, Python, or other languages for deployment will be a plus.
• Familiarity with diverse operating systems and platforms.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Interest in staying current with technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Professional Google Workspace Administrator) are a plus.

What will you do?

As a Dynamics/CRM Developer, you are responsible for the delivery and support for enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM products and services (including 3rd party applications such as ClickDimensions, CRM Addon’s).

• Having a detailed understanding of Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules and business processes it enables.

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing development, enhancement, and support
• Extensive experience in integrating Dynamics365 with third-party applications.
• Has technical proficiency : C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with related technologies like Power Platform.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders.
