Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Set up and configure new devices, such as computers, printers, and phones, ensuring that they are ready for use by staff members.
• Assist in resolving software issues, including installing, updating, and configuring applications for end users.

Hardware and Software Management

• Assist with inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• Assist in running regular software updates, patches, and antivirus scans to ensure system security and efficiency.
• Support the deployment of software packages and updates across the organization's devices.

Network and System Administration Support

• Provide basic support in maintaining and monitoring network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and local area networks (LAN).

• Help monitor system performance and assist with backups, ensuring data integrity and availability.

IT Documentation and Reporting

User Training and Support

• Help users troubleshoot minor issues and provide remote assistance via phone, email, or screen-sharing software.

IT Project Support

• Support the IT department in the implementation of IT projects, including hardware and software upgrades, network improvements, and system migrations.
• Assist with testing new systems and applications, gathering feedback from end users, and ensuring successful deployment.
• Help prepare and configure devices and software for new hires and assist with onboarding new users.

General IT Administration

• Perform routine administrative tasks, such as maintaining user directories, managing shared drives, and ensuring printers are operational.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT equipment and help with hardware replacements and repairs when needed.
• Perform periodic audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with licensing and security policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT support or assistant role, with experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Experience supporting IT systems, networks, and applications in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
• Understanding of hardware components (e.g., computers, printers, routers) and peripheral devices.

This role is responsible for managing all official project documents for internal and external stakeholders. The role is expected to implement and manage the Document Management System while providing quality assurance measures according to company policy and procedures and project requirements. The role will be reporting to the Project Controls Manager in Manila.

• Provide document management and project controls support including but not limited to receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval, and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper, and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects.
• Maintain general and technical documents and periodical subscriptions related to projects, with the use of internal document control systems or client-specific tools.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and IT/Records Management on the proper methods of protection for project records and make recommendations on media, rotation, and procedures.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of document control/records management for multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Propose alternatives to identified issues and assist in investigating and resolving common and unusual issues.
• Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
• Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to the Team Lead and Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or related technical field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Engineering or Construction industry
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Experience with Technical Document Control Management software (e.g. SharePoint, BluBeam, Unifier, Documentum EDMS, Aconex EDMS, Prolog, Procore)

Duties and responsibilities: 

Accounts Receivable Manager (Approximately 50%):

• Daily invoice and payment batching within the company CRM system.
