• Create and maintain IT control documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments.

• Generate reports on IT control performance and risk metrics for senior management and auditors.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving IT governance.

Collaboration and Support

• Work with IT teams during the design and implementation of new systems to ensure appropriate controls are embedded.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to IT systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT controls, governance, risk management, or compliance roles.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of IT control frameworks like COBIT, NIST, or ITIL.
• Proficiency in tools for audit and compliance tracking (e.g., GRC platforms, Excel).
• Basic understanding of IT systems and cybersecurity principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications (preferred):
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Primary Responsibility: 

• Responsible for performing and completing the third-party audit cycle, and conducting specific training programs.  Also responsible for providing assistance in marketing the division’s services to clients and coaching auditors under training or supervision

Secondary Responsibility: 

• Conducts and completes the whole audit cycle, either as a team member or team leader in accordance with KNOWLEDGE Global Procedures, ISO 17021-3 (QMS), ISO 17021-2 (EMS) ISO 19011 and company documented procedures.

1. Conducts desk study of the client’s quality management system
2. Prepares checklist and itinerary as guide during audit.
3. Conducts audit on site according to procedures.
4. Prepares and completes audit package.
5. Communicates with or attends to client inquiries related to the system standard where they had been qualified to audit.

• Reviews and customizes training materials, when needed, and conducts training on specific programs as determined by the Division Manager.
• Maintain and expand business with assigned accounts.
• Assists sales executives during client visits or calls, as appropriate.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
• Raises non-conformances or findings during the closing meeting subject to review of the lead auditor.
• Completes audit reports and updates client’s files i.e. kick sheet, etc.
• Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Operating to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

1. Administrative and Operational Support:
   • Manage the executive’s calendar, organize meetings, and prioritize commitments.
   • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing reviews.
   • Handle executive correspondence, ensuring timely communication with internal teams and global stakeholders.
2. Travel and Expense Management:
   • Coordinate complex travel arrangements (local and international) as needed.
   • Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
3. Leadership Team Support:
   • Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
   • Plan and support internal events such as team town halls or operational reviews.

PMO Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Support:
   • Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking strategic projects across operations, HR, and client accounts.
   • Provide updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
   • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client SLAs and KPIs.
2. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including charters, risk logs, and project roadmaps.
   • Prepare weekly or monthly dashboards for executive and client reporting.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
   • Organize and facilitate regular updates with project stakeholders.
4. Process and Workflow Optimization:
   • Support initiatives to enhance efficiency across operations, client servicing, and back-office processes.

As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1–2 years' experience in an administrative role in any industry
• candidates with BPO experience is an advantage
• A high level of spoken and written business English: the ability to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels and as normally pertinent to professional needs; the ability to understand and participate in any conversation within the range of one's own personal and professional experience with a high degree of fluency and precision of vocabulary
• Excellent time management skills: knows how to prioritize work and able to multi-task to get things done in an efficient manner
• Can handle research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, and bills payable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications

Co-Working days

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets twice a month at a minimum.
