This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Set-up and Development

Process Parameter Optimization

• Optimizes process parameters by experimental designs, process variable definitions and robust design engineering for new packages or continuous improvement.

Improvement of Existing Methods and Conception of New Methods

• Conceives, sources out and tests alternative and new methods/processes to improve manufacturability, yield, and quality.

• Spearheads generation of FMEA for new Assembly processes and reviews until completion of qualification.

Equipment Qualification and Development

• Designs and/or qualifies jigs, fixtures, and tools to enhance machine efficiency and improve product quality.

• Generates and/or reviews equipment specifications and qualification procedures and supporting documents for PAR of new equipment.

• Spearheads machine qualification and monitoring, and/or conducts equipment buy-off at supplier site.  Recommends machine modifications whenever necessary.

Material Development

• Sources out, evaluates and recommends alternative materials to reduce cost, enhance quality, and improve manufacturability.

Product Development

• Determines machine and process capability for new products.

• Ensures that engineering lots for new devices and packages are assembled in conformance to all requirements and process concerns are reported.

Cost Reduction and Yield Improvement

• Plans, designs, implements and monitors activities geared to improve product and material yield, reduce production cost and/or reduce product reliability defects.

Standardization and Documentation

• Generates, interprets, and updates process and material specifications and flowcharts for new package projects.

• Interprets quality inspection criteria and specifications.

• Prepares technical reports on the results of evaluations and investigations and presents recommended actions.

Coordination/Communication of Process Issues for Improved Quality, Manufacturability and Reliability.

• Coordinates quality, manufacturability, process control and reliability issues with internal and external customers.

• Facilitates discussion of material and equipment quality and performance issues with supplier/s.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronics and Communication

• Mold Brand, Deflash, Trim, Form and Singulate Equipment subject matter expert with at least 10 Years experience in Equipment Capability Studies and Selection relative to Package Development, New Product Introduction and/or HVM in a semiconductor assembly environment for leadframe and substrate-based packages.

• Comprehensively review and interpret POD and tooling designs and create/recommend effective solutions to achieve design intent.

• Comprehensive knowledge of downstream and upstream Assembly that impact these EOL processes (input) and can be impacted by the output of the EOL processes, accordingly.

• Good working knowledge and use of principles of Design for Manufacturability, DFMEA and Design Review for Manufacturability by Failure Modes (DRBFM) or its equivalent.

• Comprehensive knowledge and application of the Quality Core tools (Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Specifications and Work Instructions)

• Comprehensive knowledge and application of Problem-Solving Methods and use of the appropriate analytical techniques to establish cost effective and efficient solutions.

• Good working knowledge of statistical methods of experimentation and analysis and their associated application/tools establish and improve Equipment Capability to achieve design intent.

• High level of effective written, oral communication, presentation skills.

• High level of critical thinking with solution provider mindset.

• High aptitude in mechanical reasoning and drawing with comprehensive knowledge of dimensioning and tolerancing.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day processing of assigned payroll activities for the SEA region. The role will also further support junior members of the team by providing process guidance and leveraging expertise to solve complex process issues in compliance with relevant local regulations, policies, procedures, and methodologies to support the necessary audit requirements.

• Perform complex payroll activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies.
• Perform taxation, legislative and statutory obligations, effective processing and preparation of returns, document management, and maintenance of key processes.
• Lead and support in ensuring up-to-date processes and compliance with legislative, award, and other region-specific changes for accurate payroll processing.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert by applying technical expertise in the overall payroll process.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team regarding query resolutions for unique cases and process exceptions, completing projects, and performing (sub-process) activities.
• Develop and prepare multiple reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.
•  Address critical and unique issues with the guidance of the Team Lead for timely resolution of escalated issues. Identify risks and propose ways to prevent the occurrence of similar issues and concerns.
• Work with Team Lead to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
•  Create and update SOP/DTP of current and new processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Resolve identified issues and keep the Team Lead updated for open or ongoing concerns.
• Be involved in various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
• Facilitate audit-related programs.
• Perform complex tasks in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, procedures, and SOX & internal controls.
• Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.

General Job Summary

The Associate Team Lead is responsible for supporting the assigned operations team. This contribution is accomplished through both individual contributions and by directing the efforts of the assigned team members.  The Associate Team Lead’s responsibility is to act as the “Player/Coach” and ensure the day-to-day operations of the assigned team are running smoothly and that the team is performing to meet both individual and team-based goals. • Manage internal systems: Maintain and administer all internal systems within sales, including setting up and managing users
