Salary: P800/hour to P1000/hour (Hourly Package)
Schedule: Any day - 3days/week; 6hrs/day (between 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Understanding of Contract and Document
- Experience with Evidence Preparation and Summarization
- Experience in Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Experience using a Document Management Software
- 1 year experience in managing motor vehicle collision claims in Qld
- 2 years' experience in civil litigation in the Qld jurisdiction
Nice to Have:
- Insurance companies experience
- Law Firm Experience
- Financial Industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field
What will you do?
- Gather, organize, and prepare evidence to support claims and legal proceedings.
- Prepare concise and clear summaries of evidence for legal and administrative purposes.
- Engage directly with clients aiding and maintaining high level of professionalism in all communications.
- Assist with the team in filing necessary court documents, communication with beneficiaries and managing probate process.
- Manage schedules, including court dates, client meetings and deadlines to ensure efficient time management and case progression.
