In addition to the day-to-day coordination of activities related to internal and external functions supporting the finance department this position is also responsible for but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare monthly program journal entries for the direct and ceded business
• On a monthly basis reconcile cash to each program’s premium bordereaux
• Prepare quarterly and annual Statutory statements, footnotes, and schedules
• Assist Compliance in quarterly and annual data calls
• Assist and provide support with annual external audit
• Identify and improve efficiencies with the monthly close
• Support & assist in the implementation of a data feed into the general ledger to expedite monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Build reports for quarterly and annual statutory reporting
• Work closely with Claims manager to ensure TPA’s are funded timely
• Assist in preparing slides for the Board and Audit committee meetings
• Assist on various adhoc projects
• Work collaboratively with reinsurance, actuarial and program managers to resolve reconciling items

  • Policy & Endorsement Issuance
  • Other operations, as needed
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications

The operations analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will provide analysis, will process and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will create queries, views and reports. The candidate will provide support and be part of the Cash Management team.

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• At least 2 Years of experience as a Operations Manager.

• At least 2 Years of experience in Telco Sales / Service account

• Knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques and upsell.

• Knowledge of Outlier management and coaching techniques.

• Proven experience and knowledge as a Resolution Supervisor

• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.

• Comfortable working with targets to exceed our client’s expectations.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

What Will You Do:

• Sales Forecasting and Business Reviews:

  • Support the preparation of weekly business reviews, including data aggregation, validation, and basic data analysis, as well as facilitating inputs for sales.

  • Help run tools and procedures that enhance sales forecasting accuracy.

• GTM Dashboards and Reporting:

  • Assist in the management of Salesforce reports and basic dashboards for Sales management and frontline sellers.

  • Aid in streamlining and optimizing reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on analytical projects, with special attention being paid to QA

• GTM Operations Support:

  • Assist with the analysis on escalated issues related to targets, territories, and report bugs.

  • Utilize CRM to identify, manage, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Help provide operational support to the wider GTM Operations team and assist in maintaining the integrity of our CRM system.

Must Haves:

• Strong CRM experience, with an understanding of managing and navigating accounts and opportunities.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay focussed and to ensure high levels of accuracy when following and developing procedures

• Strong skills in creating and maintaining spreadsheet reports, with familiarity of functions like sumifs, vlookups.

• Basic SQL skills, including an understanding of how to run and update queries.

• Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment.

• Previous experience working in an operational role, managing diverse tasks across various functions

• Solid problem-solving skills with the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and adapt as necessary.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce experience (CRM and basic reporting)

• Experience with Anaplan.

• Intermediate SQL skills

• Experience with, or exposure to Tableau.
