• Assign, evaluate and supervise the work of the Water Treatment Operators who are responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the operation of the company’s water treatment facilities.
• Supervise the operation and maintenance of water treatment plant requiring complete treatment processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare work schedules, determine water processing requirements, and interpret gauged data. Evaluate and recommend improvement and modifications.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and supervise the expenditures.

OceanaGold are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) who will be responsible for the implementation and supervision of systems required in ensuring the quality completion of mobile & equipment maintenance services and optimize the production and efficiency of mobile plant equipment by analyzing and reviewing processes, technologies, and equipment performance.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Engineering Design and Project Management
• Equipment and process Analysis
• Assist and coordinate in the condition monitoring analysis, and equipment troubleshooting to identify failure modes
• Making decisions on what maintenance type to use to manage various operating conditions and conduct final checking of equipment and recommends release
• Plan and estimate required hours of work and skills required to perform the task
• Responsible for the maintenance of organized and updated documentation for all maintenance works including safety documentation, work plans, maintenance records, tools and equipment inventories, and all other important data necessary for the records
• Provide reports and activity updates to Superiors and assists in ensuring the timely submission of all types of Mobile Maintenance reports

Seeking two (2) suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Specialists – Community Development (CDF Projects) on a Project – based employment to work with the CDF Project Team in the implementation of the CDF for Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino. One will be based at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya and another at Cabarroguis, Quirino. They will report to the Superintendent – External Affairs and Communications.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Facilitates the planning, development, monitoring, and evaluation of all community programs/projects under the Community Development Fund
• Facilitates the conduct of impact assessment of the CDF Projects on the community/stakeholders
• Implements information, education, and communication programs and activities to increase awareness of the Didipio Mine; 
• Responsible in data gathering for reports required by government regulations
• Provides assistance to CDF beneficiaries in connection with CDF implementation
• Engages with stakeholders, including attendance at meetings and assemblies and presentation of reports
• Ensures timely submission of reports on the status of various community projects and other CDF matters
• Prepares and organizes all necessary documents needed prior to, during and after the implementation of community infrastructure projects
• Assists in the maintenance of up-to-date project database for the Community Development Fund (CDF) project
