Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting
• With solid experience in processing (input region) region payroll, exposure to end-to-end payroll processing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools 
• Advanced working knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Advanced working experience in a high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing
• Solid experience in using payroll systems  –in Empower/ Easy Pay/ADP Global View or other Payroll Systems
• Solid experience working with Payroll Systems and other HR Systems preferably in Oracle, and Workday.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

The Senior Manager, Implementations has a versatile role, combining the duties of an Sr Implementation Consultant and a People Manager. This position involves leading a dedicated team of Implementation Specialists as well as consultants and ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical project support.

The role will require you to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive improvements to the customer experience. The position supports the team and enterprise clients, interacting directly with new and existing customers, business and technology partners and multifunctional Visa and Cybersource internal stakeholders. The Implementation Senior Manager will also be responsible for supporting high profile customers to ensure they receive the most comprehensive support possible.

• Acquires functional knowledge and understanding of the clients’ agreements, and other necessary information needed to review and/or prepare deliverables.
• Monitors if the team has the needed information, data and supporting documents are received for the review/preparation of the needed requirements.  Addresses and escalates issues, as needed.
• Monitors the consistency and quality of the deliverables within the agreed timeframes of the teams. 
• Provides support (for timelines) and address issues (for quality), as needed.
• Provide support for the rest of the team and other teams by allotting additional capacity, as needed.  At the same time, initiates the request for support needed from other teams.
• Monitors and communicates the review comments of the team and then follows up to address pending comments for preparers, as needed.

• Monitors and oversees the interpretation of the requirements of the client and in some instances, does the research and validates.
