The Database Administrator (DBA) will be responsible for the administration, documentation, performance, tuning, design, integrity and security of the enterprise’ production databases (mainly SQL), data transfers, and systems. • Manage travel arrangement for CM and keep it updated in outlook.
• Manage expense report for CM and RO (Purchasing card) is submitted and approved in a timely manner.

Sales Support:

• Provide day-to-day Visa business support and administration – deal execution, Docu-sign and ensure compliance for Sales Team. 
• Provide support and help in the development and execution of sales initiatives settlement as required by team members and clients.

OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager of High Velocity Sales Manila. ConnectWise is looking for an exceptionally motivated onsite Salesforce Administrator. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good at building relationships and is curious about new ways.
• Good executor – stays on projects and is persistent.
• Is adaptive – shows the ability to pivot and adjust when needed.
• Aims at keeping a log/running list of reporting ideas/improvements.
• Work closely with the leadership team and onshore colleagues to find and address process areas requiring improvement.
• Recommends short- and long-term training strategies for the improvement of training quality.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Will be supplying feedback on daily team observations and make recommendations for improved performance.

• Independently exercise excellent judgment, discretion, and sound reasoning in making important decisions
• Excellent professional communication skills needed, both verbal and written

• Must be able to collaborate with Senior Leaders and all levels of employees and consistently exude a pleasant, polished, and professional image.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and on time.

• Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize while keeping a calm and controlled demeanor.
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
• Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel to generate reports, pivoted data, and graphs.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
