Responsible for both assessment and planning of all BTL (below-the-line) activities aimed to support NK® corn hybrids
Accountable for the effective and efficient execution of BTL activities to meet business goals in a specific territory
Guides/mentors partner FPs (field promoters) on proper execution of all BTL activities
Accountable for building a strong farmer database to support both current and future campaigns
Must lead the selection and retention of key growers who can act as strong link between the company and other growers within a specific territory
Must be highly capable on managing grower inquiries/complaints, turning them into growth drivers rather than field deterrents
Must be capable on reading competitor strengths and weaknesses, current offerings and reports timely to Grower Success Manager and/or Marketing Effectiveness Manager
Coordinates/collaborates with CSLs (Channel Success Leads) for priorities/goals alignment within a specific territory
