As an AP Associate, you are responsible for carrying out various day-to-day accounting activities and performing various reconciliations and tasks in support of the financial close process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Process accounts payable using Tipalti and NetSuite by obtaining approvals and making sure vendor invoices are in the accounting system by their appropriate GL codes. Tipalti accounts payable volume is currently 700 invoices per month and is likely to increase over time. • Making sure all vendor bills received in our AP inbox payments are uploaded correctly in Tipalti with all necessary attachments.
• Assist AP Manager with weekly AP aging payment reporting.
• Assists in the payment process in a timely manner (Net 30 business days from invoice date “or” Due upon Receipt only for those one-off sensitive vendors).
• Assist with AP month-end close.
• Assists AP Manager with processing Amex and employee reimbursement reports.
• Answer questions Brooklinen team members (internal) have regarding invoice and payment follow-ups, as requested.

• Responsible for generating and analyzing daily sales reports, OPEX, P&L, and Inventory Management.
• Coordinate marketing strategies by using/ analyzing the latest trends to achieve targets based on the branch performance.

General Job Summary

The Associate Team Lead is responsible for supporting the assigned operations team.
