Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
2. Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients. 
3. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems. 
4. Updates self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
5. Ensures that all accounts in his/her areas are secured with proper credit 
   recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.
6. Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery. 
7. Takes charge of the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices 
   and delivery receipts.
8. Responsible to monitor Sika products handled by distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products. 
9. Adheres to the Sika Philippines, Inc.’s established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
10. Actively participates in all Sika Philippines, Inc.’s projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
11. Ensures that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood.
12. Ensures that all operating standards are adhered at all times.
13. Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
14. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior. 

Salary: P70,000 – P90,000 (Monthly Package)

Shift: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm Eastern Daylight Time

Skills Required:

• At least 5 years of proven experience with WordPress and content management.
• Familiarity with the Keap CRM or other similar CRM tools for email creation.
• Experience with image creation and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies.
• Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking.

• Content Posting and Management: Daily Article Posting - Upload and manage articles on the client website using WordPress. Ensure all posts are formatted correctly, tagged appropriately, and published on schedule.
• Email and Online Content Creation: HTML Email Creation - Create and format emails in HTML using the "Keap" tool, ensuring visually appealing and engaging content. Design and incorporate images to enhance content.
• Video Editing and Production: Assist in creating and editing video content for various platforms, contributing to the overall content strategy.
• Weekly Newswire Preparation: Create the newsletter to be reviewed and approved by The Wise Marketer management and manage its distribution.
• Weekly Newsletter Support: Support the creation of our weekly Newsletter, which is distributed every end of working week. Collect relevant content, draft the newsletter, and ensure timely delivery.
• Social Media Management: Plan and schedule social media posts across various platforms to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website and social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content is optimized for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
• LearnDash Administration: Administer the LearnDash – learning management system tool for the Loyalty Academy conferences and training programs, ensuring smooth operation and user support.

The position is for Outbound Customer Service Representative. You will be working directly with our Support, Marketing, and Customer Service Team. • Performs outbound cold calls to consumers to soft sell Synergy products and/or services.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the Internet
• Must have excellent customer courtesy, phone etiquette, organizational skills and should be able to collaborate well with teammates
