• The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)

• Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development

• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

• Assess client's profile on what services they are best qualified to sign up

• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospected clients

• Communicate with clients through phone call, email, or chat to offer or explain the services the company offers

• Build rapport with clients and manage negotiations

• Assist clients in securing personal documents needed

• Ensure to hit monthly sales target

• Build and promote strong and long-lasting professional relationships with the clients

• Perform other duties as assigned

Impex Document Controller

Supports the logistic team by coordinating the shipment and receipt of goods/materials from a Littelfuse manufacturing location. Follows routine processes to assist with the acceptance of inbound freight and/or shipment of products.

About the job:

• Performs support tasks of the logistics team, which may include data entry, review billing, communicating with outside vendors, etc. (70%)

• Generates reports that capture completed transactions, for use by management. (20%)

• Notifies appropriate team members of encountered logistical issues. (10%)

• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Up to one year of experience

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• High attention to detail
