WHAT YOU DO

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team, someone who will assist us with billing. Your key duties will include daily bill entry, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Work shift - 1pm to 10pm PH time

Accounts Payable Analyst duties include:

• Review bills, raise and resolve queries when applicable
• Process bills for payment in a timely manner
• Process expense reports
• Process variable expenses such as commissions, allowances, and bonuses
• Prepare payments for approval in banking software
• Assist the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
