About the Role

• Study and analyze customer interactions, provide insights and guidance on mapping the prescribed customer journey to deliver seamless experience that will translate into a holistic customer experience model for AIA Philippines, including BPI AIA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in developing best customer value proposition for retention and increasing customer value and likewise enhance company-wide capabilities based on defined customer journeys
• Subject Matter Expert with oversight on customer journey mapping workshops, HCD / design thinking sessions, focus group discussions and other deep-dive consumer research.
• Design and develop research plans to better understand customer behavior in collaboration with Group Office, Customer Champions Tribe, Marketing and Segment heads, Distribution Channels and BPI AIA Partners, Operations Business Units.
• Oversee execution of enterprise research such as Customer Relationship Survey, NPS, CES, Real Time Customer Survey with Closed-Loop customer recovery management.
• Monitor and ensure completion of action items from insights generated from enterprise and key customer research relative to Customer Experience Governance. As part of CX governance, have an oversight on initiatives and solutions that will address customer or distribution pain points, as identified in existing customer research.
• Establish standard research request process and criteria for agency selection and optimize research budget to yield the most valuable customer insights to achieve business goals.
• Perform analysis from available external data such as public data, market sizing, historical research, competitive scan from various media to generate valuable consumer insights.
• Develop and maintain the Customer 360 Insights Group for crowd sourcing or voxpop research.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Team Captain, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of your team. You will serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent. You will also be working with the Client Experience Manager as well as the People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for the team members.

Logistics

Internal Coordination

The GL Accountant will be responsible for handling and managing the full set of books, ensuring timely accounting closing and management reporting. This position will report directly to the GL Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for monthly consolidation package; including consolidation proofing schedules, Cashflow forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
• Review statutory and management financial statements for group and subsidiaries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, IFRS and Companies Ordinance requirements

• Ensure that the team meets the company’s onboarding and host success KPI targets 
• Manage operations and developments of the Boldr onboarding team including onboarding, training, and productivity tracking
• Collaborate with team to drive requirements to go live, strategy, and optimization of the onboarding process to ensure optimum host experience and a healthy marketplace
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to ensure that every day has coverage across the company different onboarding queues and projects
• Takes initiative in making necessary changes to schedule (sick days, PTO, switching shifts, holidays, etc.) and is assertive in jumping in to help when needed.
• Monitor attendance and people concerns of all team members, coordinating closely with the HR Team for disciplinary cases 
• Ensure team members are properly trained and working consistently to meet the company’s needs
• Lead team by example and maintain positive team morale by encouraging team members, giving shoutouts for quality performance and teamwork, and assisting in deciding who receives quarterly bonuses.

External Communications 

• Demonstrate mastery of the internal workflows and external user experience of the company’s onboarding and host success. Clearly communicate roadblocks and potential opportunities to cross functional teams.
• Provide frequent and important updates to the team about team productivity, efficiency, and performance as well as ideas for improved processes, workflows, etc. Examples can include: 
• Weekly updates on different queues, priority focus of the week, training reminders, etc.
• Video updates on time to first response, activation rate, team and individual metrics, etc.
• Understand, investigate, and solve any complex onboarding and host success issues including but not limited to requirements to go live, onboarding priorities, host communications, and host quality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and scaling growth, in coordination with the Service Delivery Manager 

Internal Coordination (Boldr Management)

• Work with the People Team to make recommendations for their team member’s career advancement based on their aspirations and learning needs 
• Relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager in a timely and efficient manner

People Development 

• Identify growth and development opportunities for team members to enable career progression and self-development 
• Conduct and document impactful 1:1’s with team members to monitor and assess team members’ performance, and provide timely feedback through regular coaching through the Employee Discussion Log and Quarterly Performance Appraisals
• Helps in culture building particularly in embracing our Core Values and exemplifying what a Boldr leader should be.

Additional Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Review and take action on accounts for potential violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use
• Handle a high volume of host-facing support tickets and submissions while providing friendly and efficient service 
• Ability to take initiative and maintain productivity independently with minimal supervision

• Contribute to the ongoing development of customer support and success processes.

About the Role

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews
• Responsible for the execution of quality recruitment activities including Business Opportunity Programs and continuously partner with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion
