Job Title: Social Media Manager/Writer

Schedule: Flexible with 4 hours of overlap under US MDT (Mountain Daylight time)

Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Write and edit compelling and informative social media posts, captions, and headlines.
• Track and analyze social media performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools.
• Must have a written portfolio.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Job title: Video Editor

Schedule: US Time

Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month

Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit video ads for social media platforms.
• Implement best practice for social media advertising.
• Making short form ads and paid social ads.
• Turn raw assets into finished creative content, including ads, web videos, and tutorials.
• Take creative concepts and bring them to life through the editing process, which includes choosing raw assets, trimming and sequencing, adding music and dialogue, and converting content to specific aspect ratios.
• Must be highly creative and have the ability to execute projects with limited guidance.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Video Editor
• Portfolio showcasing your editing work (required)
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and bring creative concepts to life.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
• Experience in the beauty and wellness products industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
