- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage interactions to foster a positive online community.
- Analyze performance metrics, such as impressions, engagement rates, and follower growth, to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.
- Use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Twitter Analytics for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor competitors’ Twitter activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle crisis management on Twitter by addressing negative feedback or comments professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on Twitter’s algorithm changes and best practices to maintain high content visibility.
Qualifications
