Position: Social Media Manager

Working Hours: Flexible with overlapping hours in Central Standard Time

Salary Range: 900-1300 USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• They would start with posting daily for 20 social media accounts. The number of posts and accounts would scale up as systems and skills are refined. 
• They would engage with the audience by liking posts, and responding with gifs and pre-approved phrases.
• (We will provide all of the photos.
• We may provide some of the copy, but they should be expected to create that themselves the vast majority of the time.)

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client’s online presence and expanding the client’s brand awareness across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the launch and growth of the client’s TikTok account, creating compelling and shareable content that resonates with their audience. Additionally, you will manage the client’s existing social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.

• Content creation and curation across all social media platforms.

• Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions.
• Spearhead the planning, strategy, and execution of the company’s TikTok debut.

• Extensive experience in managing multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to design and execute viral social media campaigns.
• Ability to analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as necessary.
• Experience in creating and launching a TikTok channel is a plus.
• Familiarity with Notion and Slack.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Amenable to working 10am to 6pm Pacific time.
