The Digital Buyer plays an integral role in the execution of paid media content for clients, the Senior Digital Buyer will provide inputs and will be helping for day-to-day management of digital media campaigns. These campaigns span social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest and Tiktok), paid search networks (AdWords), and other digital networks (DoubleClick, etc.). In addition, the Digital Buyer will be responsible for assisting in client reporting activities with the broader media team.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert advice on digital strategy development
• Provide knowledge on the category’s digital landscape and activities
• Execute paid social and paid search campaigns
• Analysis of category and competition
• Campaign setup and optimization
• Media asset organization and scheduling
• Budget maintenance
• Keyword research and ad copy creation
• Traffic client campaigns in Google Campaign Manager
• Work with media planners and account team to strategize tagging
• QA placements per vendor IO and media plan
• Assist in aggregation of data from various media platforms
• Assist in development of client-facing media reports utilizing Data Studio

Position Summary: The position is responsible in the processing of Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order and payment. Part of effective procurement process involves in-depth understanding of requirements by all business units, identifying the right supplier for meeting those requirements, periodically evaluating supplier performance, and negotiating contracts that can provide the highest value at minimum cost.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Consolidate and process PO and supporting documents for preparation of Payment Authorization Form (PAF) for Non-Cogs (Indirect Materials/Services)
2. Monitor status of PAF submitted and payable to suppliers.
3. Process/Source out items requested from Material Sourcing List from E-PAF(Non-Cogs)
4. Update departmental scorecard every month.
5. Evaluate, select reliable suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices. Negotiate and review prices and contracts. Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price.
6. Identify new suppliers, agree terms and negotiate supply agreements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates.
7. Attend weekly planning alignment meeting (accomplishments, plans, problems, issues and concerns.)
8. File and update supplier’s accreditation documents.
9. Ensures compliance of PR to PO and PO to Delivery.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm PST (but can be flexible over time, will have an opportunity to take days off and make up their work other days and is able to request different hours but generally US West Coast hours)
