• Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices, including forecasting demand, ordering inventory, and managing inventory levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Experience with inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred

Position : Inventory Controller

Work Hours (Client) : M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Standard Time

Work Hours (MNL) : M-F, 1 AM to 9 AM, Philippine Standard Time

Pay Range : $ 1,000 - 1,800 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owning Inventory reconciliations
• Pulling sales data and adding it to their forecast sheet
• Data Entry
• Update formulas in their forecasting documents
• Admin and basic accounting tasks

• Has 3 -5 years of experience in Inventory Reconciliation
• Has a background in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
• Good written and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountant
