Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that the company complies with local statutory and regulatory requirements of BIR, SEC, PEZA, BOI, LGU. 

• Main point person during compliance audit with BIR and LGU. 

• Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues. 

• Helps maintain records of all financial transactions ensuring accuracy and completeness. 

• Consult with corporate legal counsel as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues. 

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, Finance and other departments to ensure the consistent implementation of compliance practices. 

• Liaise with government agencies for compliance completion. 

• Ensure that company’s policy and procedure is align with to-date regulations. 

Junior Finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets.

It is key to be flexible as the tasks may change and be added to. It will be key to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and it will be expected that the analyst will bring ideas to the Arch team by utilizing their expertise or previous experience.

• Process bureau settlement into IRIS and process cash allocation.
• Create front sheets and process cash allocation for non-bureau premium .
• Join special projects within Finance to be cross-functional
• Communicate directly with Underwriters and Brokers for complex accounts.

This is a hybrid role in mid-shift (3 to 4X onsite). Currently we are at Eton Centris (Just a few steps away from Q Ave MRT station however we are moving to BGC come Q3.

The Risk Compliance Specialist is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies within the organization. He/she analyzes potential risks, develop compliance strategies, and implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a culture of compliance.

1. Compliance Monitoring - conduct regular assessments to monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

2. Risk Assessment - evaluate potential risks associated with regulatory requirements, industry changes, and business operations; develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

3. Policy Development - assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure that policies are updated to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.

4. Training and Awareness - develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees; promote awareness of compliance standards and best practices across the organization.

5. Investigations - conduct investigations into compliance issues, allegations of misconduct, or breaches of policies; prepare reports on investigation findings and recommend disciplinary actions or corrective measures as needed.

6. Reporting - prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required by applicable laws and regulations; maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.

7. Audits and Reviews - coordinate internal and external audits and reviews related to compliance matters; collaborate with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.

This position reports to the VP, GSO Business Service Delivery. The QA manager is responsible for overseeing all QA activities, including both the strategic and operational aspects.

• Leadership: Lead the Quality Assurance team and provide strategic direction to the development teams, driving quality through automation.
  • Oversee their execution and provide the necessary training, resources, and guidance to perform rigorous testing procedures effectively. (e.g., designing and implementing regression, functional, and integration test scripts).
• Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement QA strategies.
  • Evaluate manual testing processes to identify defects, analyze test results, and evaluate improvements leading to automating those processes.
• Test Planning and Execution: Create and review test plans, ensuring adherence throughout the project.
  • Craft detailed QA plans, establishing testing protocols, and setting performance benchmarks that guarantee the reliability and consistency of outputs.
• Automation Expertise: Responsible for envisioning automation tools including defining capabilities and features, working with the engineering teams in the prioritization, delivery, and deployment of these tools.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at advancing automation, performance testing, and other advanced QA practices.
• Quality Analysis and Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to execute test plans, including automated and manual tests.
• Test Case Validation: Ensure validation and optimization of test cases for improved software quality.
• Quality Metrics and Reporting: Establish and report on key quality metrics and KPIs.
