Eram Engineering, a reputable engineering firm, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Welding QC Inspector with Aramco Approval #1 and CBT (Computer Based Testing) certification. As a Welding QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of welding operations, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of welding operations in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of welding joints, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Review and interpret welding procedures, specifications, and contracts
• Coordinate with welding personnel to ensure proper setup and execution of welding processes
• Conduct material inspections and tests, including weld visual inspections, RT/UT examinations, and mechanical testing
• Monitor work progress and identify any non-conformities or deficiencies
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and test results
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Stay updated with industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to welding

• Aramco Approval #1 for Welding Inspection is mandatory
• Certification in CBT Welding Inspection is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding inspection and quality control
• In-depth knowledge of welding procedures, materials, and equipment
• Strong understanding of welding codes, specifications, and contracts
• Experience in conducting visual inspections, RT/UT examinations, and mechanical testing
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and report writing

Basic Salary - 7500-9000 Saudi Riyal

• 8 hours/6 days a week
• Above 48 hours a week Overtime

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of civil construction activities in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of concrete works, structural steel, earthworks, and other civil elements
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Conduct material inspections and tests, including soil compaction, concrete slump, and reinforcement inspections
• Monitor work progress and identify any non-conformities or deficiencies
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and test results
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Stay updated with industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to civil construction
