Primary Responsibilities    

• Responsible for conducting and overseeing sampling operations and other field services as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques, and in accordance with SGS Policies and Procedures, SGS Safety Policies and Quality Management System policies.

1. Leads and oversees field sampling processes
2. Properly assigns sampling activities to all members of the field sampling teams.

1. Prepares and submits test plans for Source Emission Testing Jobs
2. Coordinates with the relevant regulatory bodies and ensures compliance to regulatory requirements related to field work.
3. Counterchecks field data sheets and reviews/evaluates generated air test results

• Ensures that all sampling field requirements are performed based on the approved sampling methods and requirements as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques and based on the Work Plans
• Coordinate with the EHS lab the requirements for field sampling such as but not limited to the following:  Standard solutions, sampling media, tedlar bags, etc.
• Ensures that all sampling equipments are suitable, calibrated, maintained and fit for use.

• Assists the CEMs Services Specialist in conducting RATA, RAA, RGA and other CEMs Services.

Reporting Line

§ This position reports to the Regional Operations Supervisor.

Primary Responsibilities

§ Generally in-charge of maintaining the safety, quality management system and for ensuring the region’s compliance to the Global Business policies and procedures, Corporate Governance, Health and Safety, Operational Integrity, other required management system standards, applicable laws, and approved customer-related commitments.

Specific Responsibilities

§ Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies including, but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System

§ Monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices

§ Develops, maintains, and performs weekly update on program implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

Setting up, implementing and managing the local quality management system as well as monitorung its efficiency and effectiveness. Efficiencey and effectivenes are to be understood in terms of conformance with internal and external requirements. Responsible for implementeing SGS Group Quality Management requirements to the local laboratory (-ies). The role requires in depth knowledge of ISO 17025 and its implementation in food testing laboratories.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Execution of remote inspections using the SGS QiiQ technology
• Full compliance of inspection rules applicable to GIS inspection execution according to Inspection Job Order (IJO), Quality System procedures and/or any other applicable document/manual related to inspection execution and reporting.
• Support to PCA team.

Specific Responsibilities

• Executing inspection upon request from IC coordinator or PCA Analysts, verifying that all information provided for inspection execution is complete and allows executing inspection without problem.
• Observance of inspectors’ manual (handout), contract instructions, IAF and IJO for inspection execution.
• Reporting of inspection results according to standard GIS Inspection Report form.
• On time submission of inspection report in Tradeworks and remote SharePoint, according to deadlines provided by KPI´s.
• Reporting to Inspection Coordinator of any risky information detected by during inspection process, according to risk detection guidance provided by IC management.
• Careful use of tools and materials provided by the company for inspection execution.
• Reporting to IC Coordinator any deviation of standard procedures according to inspector’s manual, IJO, SGS Policy, SGS Ethic Code, and any other mandatory document applicable to GIS.
