About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in our daily call analysis and reporting processes.

As our Operations Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing customer calls, identifying issues and trends, and preparing comprehensive reports for both internal teams and our clients. This role is critical in maintaining our service quality and driving continuous improvement in our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer calls for quality, compliance, and issue identification
• Prepare detailed reports on call performance, trends, and areas for improvement
• Communicate findings to internal teams and clients through well-structured reports
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and refine call evaluation criteria
• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in our technology
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our call analysis and reporting tools and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance in a customer service environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Incredibly disciplined and productive, able to maintain high output even when handling seemingly mundane tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying patterns and anomalies in data
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily reporting deadlines

Position: Quality Assurance Tester

Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays, US Timezone, TBD

Pay Range: Upto - $1800/month

Duties and Responsibilities:

Continuous Platform Testing:

● Regularly test core functionalities of the UGC gaming engine to ensure consistent performance.

● Conduct thorough testing of new features and updates before they are deployed.

Bug Reproduction and Reporting:

● Promptly address user-reported bugs by attempting to reproduce them.

● Document detailed steps involved in the reproduction of these bugs.

Issue Tracking and Documentation:

● Create comprehensive tickets in Linear, our project management system, for all identified issues.

● Clearly describe the expected results versus the actual results in the tickets.

● Include detailed steps for reproducing each issue.

Collaboration with Development Team:

● Work closely with the product and development teams to convey findings and follow up on issue resolution.

● Participate in regular meetings and updates to stay aligned with the team & goals and timelines.

Feedback and Improvement Suggestions:

● Provide constructive feedback on platform usability and user experience.

● Suggest potential improvements or features based on testing insights and user feedback.

User Experience Advocacy:

● Ensure that user-generated content (UGC) on the platform maintains a high standard of quality and functionality.

● Advocate for end-user needs and perspectives during issue resolution and feature development.

Compliance and Standards Adherence:

● Ensure that all tests and procedures comply with company standards and best practices.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA testing and UGC platforms.

Reporting and Communication:

● Regularly report on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

● Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including development teams and management.

● 2+ years of Proven experience in QA testing, preferably in gaming or related fields.

● Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

● Familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools, specifically Linear and Discord

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

● Passion for gaming and understanding of user-generated content platforms.

• Working on client onboarding and reviewing and updating all necessary documentation as required.
• Reviewing and monitoring all KYC and CDD for new client onboarding files.
• Ongoing review of KYC and CDD files for existing clients.
• Coordinating frequent AML training and keeping abreast of all changes and updates to legislations.
• Ongoing review and revision of relevant policies and procedures.
• Conducting frequent risk analysis and providing detailed reports to senior management.

Prior experience working in an AML/Compliance focused role.

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.

Prior experience having been involved in a regulatory inspection.

A compliance focused qualification or the desire to undertake further studies. (ACAMS or ICA)
