To manage all the area, pass certified government test
To work with Field Operation Team to handle field area pass quality standards
To ensure the quality standards are met (Isolation; Detasselling; Rouging; Male Chopping, Harvesting) and are align with PH Field Operations Quality Plan both Corn and Rice.
Make and send weekly and monthly update Report
Ensure to have a close coordination with counterpart (Field Operations Supervisor or Area Field Manager) within AOR.
Provide growers final quality status to concern stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring proper field counts & sampling conducted by the Field Quality Technicians in the field with some help from the Senior Field Quality Technician.
Ensure that NC’s within AOR are uploaded at the EtQ reliance.
Assist to review and provide inputs on the DR submitted by the Field Operations team.
Assist in recruitment, hiring, orientation and training of unit staff.
Prepare and submit reports for HSES observations.
Participate and prepare presentation for the scheduled bi-weekly meeting.
Ensure to submit LSW update (plan and actual) every month.
Support digitalization program
Support the SPR’s POT activity validation.
Achieve agreed quality in field levels
Achieve field certification from government
Good relationship with contact at field production and plant certification
