About the Role
This position is accountable for designing and implementing projects/initiatives related to the Business Quality (BQ) Framework, Market Conduct Guidelines (MCG) and risk, audit and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement interventions to address gaps in the BQ Framework and correct negative sales practices.
- Design and execute long term action plans to promote quality and compliance culture in the agency. Conduct quality health check in the agencies.
- Develop detailed work procedures/manuals, tools, training and communication plans that support BQ framework and MCG.
- Provide training and coaching to the agency on all matters relating to sales quality. Conduct agency site visits to ensure sales quality practices are being implemented. Obtain feedback to improve BQ framework implementation.
- Execute and monitor audit action items and risk management initiatives based on agreed deliverables and timelines.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.
