As an Quality Inspector, you’ll be reporting to Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. The purpose of QIMA’s Operations team is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality.

Your main duties will revolve around on-site quality inspections of our clients’ products.

• Check email daily to receive inspection documents.
• Attend to inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way.
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and timelines.

As the Quality & Knowledge Specialist, you are responsible for the quality & knowledge management for your markets. You are responsible for collaboration with both in-house and out-sourced operations, maintaining and increasing CS global quality. We are looking for a specialist with strong analytical skills and a business mindset that contributes to delivering excellent customer service. You also have a good understanding of quality and knowledge in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control quality assurance processes and standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead the quality and knowledge management processes for both in-house and outsourced teams.
• Work closely with in-house and outsourced operations teams to ensure alignment on quality and knowledge management initiatives.

As an Automation Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist at Octal Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for driving the automation testing process within our software development lifecycle. Your role will involve developing and executing automated test scripts, analyzing test results, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. By leveraging automation tools and best practices, you will help optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology
• At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Software Quality Assurance, Software User Acceptance, Testing, System Documentation
• Working knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions.
• Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).

A Quality analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and accurate virtual assistance services in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of virtual assistants, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.

TASKS:

• Monitor and evaluate virtual assistants' performance through call and email monitoring, assessing adherence to quality assurance guidelines and service level agreements.
• Identify areas for improvement in virtual assistants' performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to virtual assistants to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits and spot checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of tasks completed by virtual assistants.
• Document and track quality assurance findings, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services Managers to discuss the performance metrics of VAs.
• Communicate effectively to highlight VAs' strengths and AFIs.
• Develop action plans for improvement based on feedback from CSMs and clients.
• Create comprehensive process flows for various tasks handled by VAs.
• Ensure all process flows are up-to-date and reflect the current best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain QA forms tailored to specific tasks and client requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably within the healthcare industry. (Experience in Fertility and Mental Health is preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verifies using applicable equipment/device, analyzes and provide disposition to issues encountered pertaining to process and procedures to ensure quality and reliability of product at Test.
• Involve in holding, assessment and disposition of non-conforming products/materials.
• Helps to provide data, gather facts that will help other support group to determine root cause that will help resolved problems encountered in line.
• Initiates, coordinates and implements both preventive and corrective actions that will correct and prevent line problem that comes from machine, process or/and human errors.
• Collaborates with the other Departments for the completion of Quality Reports. Coordinates and meet Production, Test Engineering and other support group on product quality improvement via team improvement/module group activities.
• Generates, formulates and reviews quality documents such as inspection specification, procedures, work instructions, Engineering Request Form (ERF), MRB forms and Special instructions.
• Verifies, issuances, monitors, reviews and tracks the completion of the following the Non-Conforming products. (Test CAR, MRB, 8D and MVI FA as applicable).
• Prepares periodic report such as: Quality Gate Reject, Subcon Score Card, MRB hold lots, CAR/8D, CAT’s, Trends and other applicable quality monitoring report
• Communicates issues, concerns and information to appropriate team either internal or external.
• Conducts training or refresher on defect criteria to AMPI operators and inspectors regarding inspection (visual/electrical) requirement as part of their certification to ensure high quality inspection. This includes Subcontractors if applicable.
• Coordinate with the Training System Core Group (TSCG) on any changes that needs to be implemented to ensure effectiveness of the certification process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate preferably Engineering.
• At least 2 years of QA Engineering  and/or related industry
