• Support EPPI Operation Advisor representative in identifying opportunities for improved operational performance at the organizational level
• Draw up and / or review reports, organizational procedures, technical documentation;
• Support EPPI Operation Advisor representative in making sure the organizational procedures are understood and applied.
• Conduct regular visual audits of the facilities, main carriageway and equipment and produce audit reports, in compliance with contract requirements and company best practices.
• Conduct internal audits for client’s operation and EPPI operation
• Oversee the toll auditors in the routine audits of toll collection data (transactions, class discrepancies, collected revenues, revenue discrepancies).
• Manage the quality management system to achieve the overall goals of meeting the client’s and EPPI’s requirement.
• Reporting to MCX management on all quality control and quality assurance issues.
• Monitor the accuracy and exhaustiveness of data collected.
• Provide recommendations on business process improvements and best practices.
• Oversee the analysis of relevant project data to support recommendations for corrective action, improvements and best practices’ implementation on MCX.
• Monitor the production and the deadlines of the deliverables due to external stakeholders.
• Monitor the project’s performance against key performance indicators and delivery of all due contractual obligations.
• Assist in recommending and conducting trainings for the Staff.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

·       Ensuring and tracking the productivity and coverage targets of your assigned team.

·       Serving as an alternative contact person in the absence of the QA Manager.

·       Properly onboarding and facilitating goal setting the new QAs in your team.

·       Providing feedback to Operations and Quality Managers on campaign results and trends.

·       Conducting spot-checks on evaluations made by QAs, Team Leaders, Sales Coaches, and Trainers at least once a month.

·       Taking ownership of Critical Errors, Physical/Information Security Processes, and escalating to Operations /Training/QA Management, and HR as needed.

·       Collaborating with Operations and Training teams in mentoring Team Leaders and Trainers on QA tools and processes via calibrations, triad coaching sessions, one-on-ones, etc.

·       Consolidating and analyzing results and trends on quality metrics and sending weekly and monthly QA reports.

·       Data analysis, sharing of performance trends and actionable recommendations to Operations and Training for agent/program performance, knowledge, and skills improvement

·       Creation and documentation of QA- or campaign-specific processes.

·       Liaising with Operations, Training, and Clients on development and improvement plans for Operation-, Training-, and QA-related processes.

·       Actively participating in internal and client meetings and performance reviews.

·       Providing additional evaluations and/or spot checks to help identify call trends and agent behaviors.

·       Regularly mentoring and coaching QAs

·       Preparing the QAs’ monthly scorecard and discussing the QAs’ performance individually.

·       Reviewing the good calls submitted by the QAs and submitting them to the QA Manager.

·       Administrative functions such as timekeeping, carrying out of corrective actions as needed, performance assessments, etc.

·       Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.

• Ensure compliance of Field Quality operations and its manpower to comply policies and procedures applicable to local and national law and industry regulations
• To manage all the area, pass certified government test
• To work with Field Operation Team to handle field area pass quality standards
• To ensure the quality standards are met (Isolation; Detasselling; Rouging; Male Chopping, Harvesting) and are align with PH Field Operations Quality Plan both Corn and Rice.

• Provide growers final quality status to concern stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring proper field counts & sampling conducted by the Field Quality Technicians in the field with some help from the Senior Field Quality Technician.
• Ensure that NC’s within AOR are uploaded at the EtQ reliance.
• Assist to review and provide inputs on the DR submitted by the Field Operations team.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, orientation and training of unit staff.
• Prepare and submit reports for HSES observations.
• Participate and prepare presentation for the scheduled bi-weekly meeting.
• Ensure to submit LSW update (plan and actual) every month.
