Provides assistance to CRO and Production Supervisor. Ensures micro hand adds readiness and accuracy, and monitors micro ingredients and packaging materials availability in the process area. The position is also responsible for contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant by performing the functions of key positions in the plant.

1. Monitors hand adds inventory and identifies critical ingredients and packaging material during his shift, recommends action plans to Production Supervisor and/or Feedmill Manager. Tracks micro hand adds prepared in his shift and conduct physical inventory and inspection to ensure weight accuracy and correct ingredients are utilized for the specific diet.

2. Check finished goods output to verify and ensure the correct bagging report. Do production posting and other related clerical works.

3. Learns and understands the feed milling processes and develop the skills required to be able to assist the Control Room Operator in;

1.  Materials elevation and process bins management

2. Batching, grinding and mixing operations

3. Pelleting and fat coating operation

4. Bagging operation

About the Role

• Monitor, detect, assess, validate and report outliers found in the Market Conduct Monitoring Tool (MCMT) and Early Warning Signs (EWS) tool.
• Conduct a regular review on agency incentives and campaigns to identify issues and recommend improvements and/or implement mitigating controls.
• Spearhead the working group for the mystery shopping engagement.  Ensure completion of remediation action plans.
• Evaluate policy replacement transactions.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.

• Develop and implement interventions to address gaps in the BQ Framework and correct negative sales practices.
• Design and execute long term action plans to promote quality and compliance culture in the agency.  Conduct quality health check in the agencies.
• Develop detailed work procedures/manuals, tools, training and communication plans that support BQ framework and MCG.
• Provide training and coaching to the agency on all matters relating to sales quality.  Conduct agency site visits to ensure sales quality practices are being implemented.  Obtain feedback to improve BQ framework implementation.
• Execute and monitor audit action items and risk management initiatives based on agreed deliverables and timelines.
