About the Role
This position is accountable for monitoring key risk indicators to prevent sales misconduct, market abuse, intermediary fraud and other financial crime related offenses.
- Monitor, detect, assess, validate and report outliers found in the Market Conduct Monitoring Tool (MCMT) and Early Warning Signs (EWS) tool.
- Conduct a regular review on agency incentives and campaigns to identify issues and recommend improvements and/or implement mitigating controls.
- Spearhead the working group for the mystery shopping engagement. Ensure completion of remediation action plans.
- Evaluate policy replacement transactions.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other business requirements.
