The Senior Bids and Proposals Specialist assists the Team Lead in day-to-day operational management within the Bids and Proposals function. This includes involvement in strategy execution, working with major pursuits and proposal managers, and providing end-to-end proposal assistance, training, and guidance to junior team members.

• Lead / Assist on region-specific must win pursuits and manage complex compliance requirements
• Contribute to and lead Go /No Go and green light analysis / readiness to bid assessment in partnership with capture / bid managers; update CRM data as needed to maintain accuracy
• Contribute to pre-RFP proposal planning, Four Rules win strategy and message, and ensure client issues and discriminators in deliverables.
• Build positive relationships and support team formations on pursuits
• Contribute, write and edit key draft proposal content such as executive summaries or cover letters
• Develop content plan for proposal or provide templates to writing team with specific requirements/compliance or messaging guidance
• Facilitate and organize content for milestone and color reviews, manage recovery and implementation of comments and finalization of documents and compliance
• Collaborate with graphic designers on design and custom graphics or layout. Support final and edit layout in Word, InDesign, or other programs and follow branded templates and coordinate final production
• Conduct client or industry research as needed
• Serve as a champion for specific client/portfolio or sector of the business line and contribute to new content.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to gather data required and provide technical guidance
• Participate at pre-bid meetings with bid or capture manager to build knowledge or external relationships
• Apply technical knowledge and work with senior members of the team in managing complex pursuits and developing process improvement initiatives
• Assist the Team Lead in managing team workload and performing quality checks on output of junior members of the team prior to submission to stakeholders and clients

This role is primarily responsible to gather project costs and budget details and performs variance analysis, and process necessary accruals in compliance with finance policies, processes, procedures, and internal controls.

• Obtain information to determine unposted fixed assets additions and disposition.
• Record fixed assets acquisition and disposition in accounting system.
• Identify asset acquisition type, classification, and useful life.
• Monitor, validate, and reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger.
• Perform reclassification and acceleration of depreciation expense in fixed asset.
• Process and record fixed asset transfer, impairment, and retirement.
• Prepare journal entries and fixed asset quarterly reporting and listing.
• Book labor and Project Pool Capital Project (CIP) entry.
• Review current details of capital project.
• Escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
• Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
• Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support AECOM’s global strategic marketing team report on the performance of their activities, working in partnership with the core digital, brand and content team, communications team, regional and business line marketing teams.

The primary role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to be the analytical expert within the global strategic marketing function. They will be responsible for collating and analyzing global data from a variety of digital sources (website, social media, email, search), and building dashboards to report against marketing key performance indicators (KPIs). They will use data to story-tell and provide recommendations and actionable insights that drive growth.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of the CMO’s global strategic marketing team, reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Manager.

• Conduct in-depth analysis and interpret data from various digital marketing data sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Salesforce, GA4, Google ads, Meta, SEMrush).
• Develop and maintain reports on key global strategic campaigns, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Interpret / translate data to provide insights and key trends on global campaign performance, adapting for business stakeholders.
• Present data-driven insight reports on campaigns run by Global Business Line Marketing Directors to demonstrate impact against objectives in AECOM’s standardized format.
• Provide clear recommendations / optimizations based on data to inform future strategic marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain dashboards using data reporting software (Tableau, Power Bi, Data Studio).
• Perform ad-hoc data / trend analysis based on needs of the business.
• Work closely with our development team to enhance our tracking capabilities on our digital platforms and experiment with A/B testing.
• Work with our regional and global marketing team to drive cross-team collaboration, share best practices and enhance our reporting capabilities globally.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders (social media reps / agencies) to stay informed of new trends, metrics and benchmarks.
