Job Description
Responsible to create campaigns for new product launches & tactical marketing campaigns with focus on Ancillary services eg. Baggage, Seats & Insurance.
Create digital marketing strategy to drive take up rate across different point of sales and channels.
End to end execution of offline programs and on-ground events to drive awareness on core ancillary products
Perform deep-dive analysis and post-mortem to identify and assess initiative effectiveness to recommend improvement opportunities.
Monitor revenue performance for online & offline channels and perform root cause analysis to develop corrective strategy.
Develop campaign promotion mechanism to support both Local & Regional campaigns and perform impact assessment.
Responsible for driving and supporting product innovation that brings a better value proposition to our customer.
Work closely with different stakeholders i.e Marketing/ Product/ Data Science/ Operation/ Cluster team etc to jointly ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Managing projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details.
Monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new ancillary products or services.
Coordinating and working with other departments such as Ground Operations, Customer Happiness, Marketing, Ancillary Pricing to ensure that ancillary product sales and operations are running smoothly
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Must have 3-5 years work experience in a Marketing role or anything related to Business Administration, Product Development, Advertising and Public Relations
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies, including web, social media, and email marketing
Experience in event/trade show management
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software
Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus!
