About the job:
Role: Sales Project Manager
Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern & Central Time
Salary Range: up to US $1,600 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)
Role Overview:
The role is primarily focused on driving sales within the US-tech market, with additional responsibilities in project management. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while also supporting operational and project-based initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales (90%):
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Focus on generating and closing opportunities within the US-tech market.
- Project Management (10%):
- Oversee the implementation and iteration of new initiatives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage various operational tasks, including responsibility for the 24/7 chat feature and ensuring its smooth operation.
Immediate Tasks (Week 1):
- Participate in introductory meetings with key stakeholders to establish relationships and align on priorities.
- Begin prospecting new clients, with an emphasis on the US-tech and Latin American (LatAm) markets.
- Take over management of ongoing projects, including overseeing the chat feature and identifying areas for operational improvement.
- Execute cold calls and emails to engage potential clients.
- Join an initial sales call to align on goals and build rapport.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the US-tech market, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Atlas, Slack, and HubSpot; familiarity with other project management tools is a plus.
- Experience selling to law or property management firms is highly advantageous.
- Adaptable to dynamic work environments, eager to grow, and open to feedback.
