Workforce Analytics
- Analyze and understand HR business processes to identify and craft optimal decisions and strategies
- Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions for HR-related data and processes and maintain advanced HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using analytics tools that will help influence talent decisions . Develop and deliver compelling presentations using data, graphics, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Consult and partner with HR and business colleagues to identify opportunities to use employee data to improve business results. Use analytical reasoning to proactively identify problems and develop hypotheses and recommend analytics solutions that addresses stakeholder's needs.
- Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance, and talent acquisition to enable forward-looking talent management programs and HR investment.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities to adopt leading-edge people analytics solutions. Continuously evolve the best techniques to drive the change required in the organization.
Data & Systems Administration
- Use and Maintain information on the HR IS tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, DEPM, etc.) ensuring accurate information.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline HR analytics processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards.
- Cleanse the HR Data from multiple sources and verify the data integrity for analysis and conduct root cause analysis
- Conducts regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance of HRIS and other HR platforms and processes
- Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of systems implementation on company processes and policies.
- Work with HR Partners to ensure that updates are consistently being done across all systems. (i.e. Departments, Positions, Team Leaders, etc..)
- Ensure access rights and workflows are functioning effectively to ensure ease of use for our users.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the HR shared services team and business partner in ensuring open enrollment system functionality meets the needs of the organization and reflects the accuracy of the benefits renewal rates and policy.
- Provide guidance and support for data entry/maintenance into the HRIS system and assure data integrity of HR information globally.
- Lead the initiatives on ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency and improvements pertaining to the HR Information System.
HR Vendor Management
- Coordinates, schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions.HR Vendor Management & Issue ticketing
- Liaise with all vendors relating to HR systems vendors for maintenance and issue resolution.
- Prepares minutes, notices, manuals, agendas, and correspondence with all supporting documentation for policies and processes in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.
- Raise tickets on issues brought up by HR partners and ensure that all issues are fully resolved and do not have any downstream impact.
- Recommend changes to current processes to provide a more effective use of HRIS, and take the lead as a project manager to implement these changes (i.e. onboarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, performance management, recruitment, etc.).
- Regularly interface with vendors and external providers for systems to ensure move towards resolution of systems concerns.
- Review and assess systems provider proposals and budgets to ensure the most cost effective and relevant system for HR services and processes.
Project Management
- Support the projects pertaining to the HR Information System and HR Data Management such as but not limited to HR IS modules implementation, Power BI Enhancement, etc.
- Support on the Annual budget reporting such as consolidating budget information, preparing dashboards and presentation, and analysis.
- Supports other HR projects/initiatives that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Ensure that the vendors follow through on regulatory requirements and work with other teams such as Risk, Data Privacy and the Project management office to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
