What You'll Do
- Client Onboarding and Template Customization: Implement contract management solutions tailored to each client, focusing on the customization of templates and workflows.
- Legal Support and Compliance: Utilize your legal expertise to manage complex client inquiries and ensure compliance in contract management.
- Key Account Engagement: Actively engage with major clients, leveraging your legal and SaaS knowledge to support their initiatives and enhance their experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product and support teams to contribute to product development and elevate the client experience.
- Content Development: Create and maintain clear, helpful documentation and conduct educational sessions for clients.
- Instructional Video Production: Produce instructional videos on product usage (this is a significant bonus skill).
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in customer management, anticipating and addressing client needs.
- Background in legal, paralegal, or contract administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in contract management and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging customers effectively.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced startup environment.
- General tech-savviness and able to experiment with new tools to do our jobs better
