Turnitin is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead, mentor, and drive a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will oversee a regional APAC team responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by developing and managing prospecting efforts. As the Sales Development Manager, your key focus will be guiding your team through the process of lead generation and qualification. Responsibilities:

• Performance Management & Coaching: Monitor and evaluate team members' performance through regular 1:1s, providing constructive feedback and support.

Turnitin is seeking a disciplined and self driven Sales Development Representative to generate and prospect sales opportunities. Your job will be to develop qualified leads into potential prospects. You will understand the Turnitin Integrity and Assessment product portfolio to assess the potential customers needs and position the right product that solves to their needs. You will progress the relationship until they are ready to talk to a sales account executive. This two step process makes this role a key partner to the account executives so that they can focus on closing deals, while you focus on finding new leads, getting past gatekeepers, and other prospecting tasks.

Part of your job will be to research ideal contact lists based on the Higher Education Ideal Customer Profile. Most of your time will be spent reaching out to potential customers through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities: 

• Represent the Turnitin product portfolio, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to research potential higher education institutional customers to identify how our solutions could meet their needs.

• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP and other financial systems. This role will work closely with the accounting, finance operations, and FP&A teams, providing support and insights to users across multiple time zones.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure financial systems comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of financial processes and systems to identify and mitigate risks.

Turnitin is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a partner with the larger commercial Revenue Operations team along with the GTM sales team to help enhance the efficiency and productivity of the sales team, to help facilitate our rapid team expansion and customer growth across the organization. 

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will support direct and indirect sales teams across the organization in analyzing system data to establish and implement process alignment and improvements to align sales strategy. The role will be critical in evaluating the general health of the sales process in order to help Turnitin run effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with the broader Commercial  Operations team, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure the best experience and most efficient processes to drive the sales process.

As an SDR at Turnitin, you will drive sales by identifying, engaging and qualifying leads in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong region. You will carry out market research, find the relevant contacts and prospect to them through targeted campaigns. You will qualify all inbound leads from our website and events. You will also support the Sales Team with their outbound prospecting campaigns. You will be asked to think creatively about finding potential leads, as well as leverage traditional lead generation techniques in order to build the top of the sales funnel and transition leads to the Sales team. The SDR will prospect into higher education  institutions where Turnitin’s products and services can be of benefit. This role is important for increasing the effectiveness and success of the Sales team.
